Cancellation Policy

Life can deliver up the unexpected more often than we’d care to admit, and due to this I aim to give fair consideration to cancellations of attendance or changes to arrangements.

In saying this, I make bookings for my time with yoga clients in amongst time I spend at another workplace, so therefore when bookings are cancelled, most especially when they are cancelled last minute, it means I have not only missed the booking, but I have missed the opportunity for other work for that timeframe.

 

So, with that in mind, I aim to give fair consideration for all involved in the arrangement, and to also consider each cancellation based upon the circumstances of the cancellation.

Group Classes – In-Studio 

I do ask that I be notified as early before the class as is possible in your particular circumstance, so that I might be given the opportunity to fill your reserved space prior to the commencement of the class.

The day (or days) prior would be great, and, although I appreciate that this is not always possible, I encourage you to let me know as soon as you know you are unable to keep your booking.

 

My yoga studio is small and has space for a limited number of bookings.

There will be no charge given to a cancelled place in a group class if there has been no need for me to turn away bookings or if there has been 12 hours of notice given to cancel your class booking.

However, if I do not receive 12 hours prior notice of cancelled booking, depending on circumstances, and/or I have needed to turn down bookings due to the class being booked full prior to being notified of your cancellation of place in class, I will require full payment of your class fee.

Private 1:1 bookings & Small Group Private Bookings, both  In-Person and Live Online via ZOOM:

If you are looking to cancel your Private 1:1 or Small Group Private session booking, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of:

50% of the full price of the booking if cancellation is made up to 48 hours prior to the arranged time.

100% of the full price of the booking if cancellation is made within 48 hours of the arranged time

NO CHARGE if the cancellation is made 7 days prior to the booking

 

If the private class or appointment is not able to go ahead due to unforeseen circumstances on the part of Ripple Yoga, you will be notified at the earliest possible time prior to the arranged appointment and will be able to reschedule or receive a refund for your booking payment if you prefer.

I strive to provide an excellent service for my clients and I also aim to be fair.
